This homemade guacamole will entice even the hardest critique. Making this at a gathering will make you the most popular. It is not for the weak willed, you will finish it all. It will have your friends begging for more. But hey, it’s good for ya!
Dice up the guacamole
1 cucumber,
2 avocados,
1 medium tomato,
½ red onion,
2-3 mini sweet peppers,
3 limes,
1/3 of a cup cilantro
Healthy 1 tsp. minced garlic,
1 hot pepper (optional),
2 Tbsp olive oil,
Salt + pepper to taste
Mash with a spoon or fork.
Mix everything and enjoy with friends!
