CHAMPÏONE’S 10 BREAKTHROUGH EPIPHANIES ABOUT THE DAILY LIFE

Life wants us to think. Not just what we want 10 years from now. But what we want can be decided and created right NOW. I know it sounds crazy at first, but bear with me and you too shall see how simple it truly is.

Below are some interesting epiphanies Champïone has had throughout our journey thus far.
1. Burning of Ancient Libraries was no accident
Xianyang Palace 256 BC, Library of Alexandria Ancient Egypt , Library of Antioch 364 AD, Library of Serapeum, Library of al-Hakam II -Al-Andalus-976, Library of Rayy-Persia- 1029, nalanda,Imperial Library of Constantinople – Byzantine Empire 1204, House of wisdom-Iraq-1258, Maya codices of the Yucatán-Mexico and Guatemala-1562 …. The list goes on and on and on totaling to about 49 libraries burnt down in the world from HUMAN action.
This was no accident. When you burn something, it is to conceal knowledge and information.
2. Repetition is Key to Success
Every morning create your own routine that works for you, but you MUST repeat every day. Below are some ideas:
1.Breathing Exercise to wake up your body
Breath 4 inhalations through your nose and exhale 4 exhalations through your mouth with same motion. This will get your blood flowing, feel energy through your mind, body, and skin. The most important aspect of this is to get your body moving and active in the morning.
2. As soon as you wake up, name 20 things that you love in your life before your feet touch the ground. Watch the effects throughout the day.
3. Stretch in your bed… etc. etc. the list goes on and on.
Focus on a dream you want to create. ONE dream at a time, and be specific. Contribute to repeating motions, words, and actions that contribute toward this ONE dream you have chosen to accomplish. This is the key to success.
3. Enlightenment: Being grateful creates magic
Being grateful has brought my truest desires toward me faster than ever before. Everything I desire is coming towards me with ease and it’s such a rewarding feeling.
You must be truly grateful for what you have in the present moment. When I first open my eyes to greet the day I name everything that comes to mind that I am grateful for. When I am heading to bed I fall into sleep thanking life for all of the gifts that have blessed me throughout the day, big or small.
One example of this practice and how it came into fruition in my daily life went like this. One day I was really fascinated with martial arts.
I was robbed before in New York, and wanted to learn how to defend myself in the most beautiful and self sufficient manner. So I began asking fellow friends who I know that practice martial arts , then I would watch videos before bed, and thank life for introducing me to martial arts at this point of my life.
The next day, I am going to this wrap party for a movie my friend Craig had produced in East Hollywood. On our car ride there, there was an exquisite flower garden, and I had this internal desire to stop and take a picture. So we stopped. Snapped some shots and see these two students practicing Chen Style Tai Chi with a focused instructor. We walk up to him admiring their work, and after conversation, Richard the instructor happened to be the most sought after teacher in town. But guess what, you won’t believe it? He invited us to train Wednesdays and Saturdays all day, for free, with the best teacher! That is the power of gratitude.
This is my motto: “Visualize your future and give thanks to your past”
4. This simple at home DIY remedy sustains youth, prevents cancer and helped my aunt beat pancreatic cancer
Pancreatic cancer is one of the most deadliest cancers after HIV. There is only a 4% survival rate of this deadly disease. Just when we thought we would lose her, this elixir saved her life!
Here it is:
Mix in water daily. She drank it 3 times a day.
Why does this work?
There is not enough research to fully prove why this works. Actually, the cause of pancreatic cancer remains elusive worldwide. However, I can tell you my findings towards this matter:
Health Benefit of Baking Soda: Kidney Disease, Cancer, and Heartburn and Indigestion, and Athletic Performance.
Bicarbonate is an alkaline substance naturally produced in the body that buffers acids and helps keep pH in check. In people who have chronic kidney disease, which is most often caused by diabetes or hypertension, poorly functioning kidneys have a hard time removing acid from the body. This often results in a condition known as metabolic acidosis. The sodium bicarbonate slows the rate of decline in kidney function by two-thirds.
Cancer: Studies have shown that dietary measures to boost bicarbonate levels can increase the pH of acidic tumors without upsetting the pH of the blood and healthy tissues. Although this hasn’t yet been studied in human clinical trials, animal models of human breast cancer show that oral sodium bicarbonate does indeed make tumors more alkaline and inhibit metastasis
Heartburn and Indigestion: Most over-the-counter antacids, Alka-Seltzer for example, contain some form of bicarbonate. But a more cost-effective way to relieve occasional heartburn and indigestion is to stir half a teaspoon of baking soda into half a cup of water and drink it an hour or two after meals (Dr. Whitaker).
Athletic Performance. When taken before intense exercise, sodium bicarbonate buffers the lactic acid that builds up in hard-working muscles, delays fatigue and enhances athletic performance.
Dandelion root and leaf are used widely in Europe for gastrointestinal ailments. The European Scientific Cooperative on Phytotherapy (ESCOP) recommends dandelion root for “restoration of hepatic and biliary function, indigestion, and loss of appetite” (Sweeney, Vora, & Basch, 2005). Dandelion root is a panacea for biliary abnormalities, appetite loss, dyspepsia, and for stimulation of diuresis (urine flow). Some modern naturopathic physicians assert that dandelion can detoxify the liver and gallbladder, reduce side effects of medications metabolized by the liver, and relieve symptoms associated with liver disease. Cancer in most cases, is related to the liver enzymes not working properly to flush out poisons and toxins. Take care of your intestines!
Lemon is the ultimate alkalizing power food and assists the absorption process of the other ingredients. Lemons alkaline-forming on body fluids helping to restore balance to the body’s pH. Lemon stimulates the liver and is a dissolvent of uric acids and other poisons in the body, liquefying the bile. Furthermore, lemons increase peristalsis in the bowels, thus eliminating waste that potentially is causing the disease and cancer and helps with regularity. Additionally, the citric acid in lemons help dissolve calcium deposits, gallstones, and kidney stones. Therefore, drinking this little concoction in the morning can do nothing, but help you be your best self! Highly recommend it.
5. Lessons learned when we visit our parents’ house
There’s a lesson life wants to teach us when we visit our parents house. The way we used to play and pretend is how we welcomed every “pretend act” into our physical reality. I used to line up my toys as if they were my students and I was their teacher. I would teach them coursework and various made up lessons with my metal pointer and trifold chalkboard. Here I am 15 years later, and was an actual teacher at one of the most prestige universities in Florida. Florida State all the way baby!
Acting was invented for a reason. Acting was ancient civilizations playing with the outcome of their story. Romeo and Juliet was a real story of a love. In order for a love like this to be recreated must be felt first.
I believe in this kind of love because I feel its existence within me. I love someone very much and even though so far away, I know the spirit will connect us again at the most pristine moment. The moment most necessary. Correct timing.
6. Give at least 10% of your earnings toward a good will
Whether it’s helping out a friend, feeding the homeless, donating to charity, buying someone dinner, drinks, or providing shelter. Any way you can think of is an opportunity. However, You must give with purity of thought and truly have no expectation of getting anything in return. Let life be your witness, and the smile on their faces of the impact you have made.
7. Enlightenment: Feel more beautiful by noticing all the reasons others are
Every time I step out of my house, I take off my blinders and open my eyes to the beauty that surrounds me. I see the girl with all the freckles and admire the most desired luxurious print takes my breath away. I see the little boy running in the playground while his curls bounce in the sun. I see the beautiful colors of green that surround me and every shade of blue on the bird’s feathers. This is also a way you can slow down time. Being curious about everything around you and observant really makes a minute feel like hours. This is also how you will have the awareness to equip you with opportunities of spotting the beauties all around you and appreciate them for all they are.
8. Give away one massage per week and feel like a healer
9. Drink a cup of your favorite tea every morning and do NOT eat for at least an hour
Right when you open your eyes steep a pot of water. While you’re waiting for the pot you can begin your morning routine. Some of my favorite types of teas are Gunpowder tea, Matcha tea, Orange and black tea. Once finished, add some lemon to your tea and enjoy with your daily meditation. Do not eat for an hour after you have woken up. This will hold you over, cleanse your gut, and stimulate your digestion. This is one important routine that should be added/practiced toward the path of enlightenment.

10. Waking up earliest is the secret of life
Do you know how much you can accomplish when you wake up before 6am? You can complete all your duties and have the rest of your day to yourself. All the gifts of life are in the morning-no traffic, no lines to wait in, no accidents, no worries… Plus you are surrounded with people on your frequency level at 5am. Additionally, life gives you a boost of energy between the times of 4-6am where the speed of your thinking is amplified. Learning this on its own has changed my life.
