Preparing this Stimulating Food
Chop up

2 tomatoes,
½ of onion into slices,
1 orange pepper,
2 handfuls of arugula,
and 5 mushrooms and blend together.
Add bean mix
Bean mix 1 cup= chick peas, black beans, lentils, and quinoa
During plate preparation, preparation chili flakes, cumin, and parsley
Add Taziki Sauce
Add Cheeses
Cheese; feta, gorgonzola, and quatro formaggio
Mix everything and enjoy with friends!
